From there I scope carefully, deliver working software early, and refine based on real feedback. Documentation and clean handoffs are always part of the process. When the work wraps, your team owns everything.

Portmanteau is my independent consulting practice, based in Austin, TX. My background spans supply chain consulting, software development, sales engineering, and mathematical optimization.
That has meant building optimization models for Fortune 500 supply chains, designing internal tooling for operations teams, and helping bridge the gap between technical systems and the people who rely on them.
I do the same work now, for the right clients, on the right problems.
